Faculty Development Centers are interested in developing and implementing teacher development programs in support of the institution’s academic goals. The literature indicates that teachers should participate in some form of learning to improve and/or develop the skills required for online teaching (Irani & Telg, 2002). The course has been offered twice and has helped prepare over 40 educators for online learning in the fall of 2020.
